New Portal Refresh Process

The portal refresh process has now been simplified and is run entirely from within your Saffron database. In future you will just need to go to the ‘System Maintenance’ form, tick the option ‘Allergen Portal Data Changed’ and select the orange ‘Process’ button.

Please wait while this data refresh processing occurs. An on-screen pop up box will display while this is happening. It may take a few minutes before you receive confirmation this has completed, and then you can click the orange ‘OK’ button to exit.

Within this Wellbeing Portal administration page you will no longer see ‘Refresh Now’ and ‘Refresh History’ options anymore. Instead you will see time and date reference information labelled ‘Last Refresh Attempt’ and ‘Last Refresh Success’.

If you have more than one Wellbeing Portal, you will also notice that all of your Portals have refreshed together at the same time. You no longer need to select and refresh individual portals one by one.
